UTAG® was initially designed with motorcyclists in mind but is for anyone who considers their personal safety, or the safety of family or friends, as important.  The benefits within the workplace became immediately apparent and within weeks of its launch in the motorcycle market, UTAG® were inundated with calls from employers who could see the benefit for their organisation. They recognised that even with the best procedures in place, accidents can happen and they needed to have a system in place to effectively manage such an instance. UTAG® fitted perfectly into this post event planning.

UTAG® is a bespoke USB device specifically designed to be instantly recognisable and provide the first responder, or emergency services, with critical information where the victim is unconscious or unable to speak as a result of an accident.

UTAG® is supplied in a robust dog-tag version, to be worn around the neck or a credit card style format, to be carried with and existing company ID card or in a wallet or purse. Both products bear the international medical alert symbol which first aiders’ and emergency services are trained to search for.

UTAG® aims to protect employees, contractors and sub-contractors whilst enhancing, and demonstrating, a positive health and safety culture.

UTAG® can store as much, or as little, information as the user wishes to provide. Once information has been processed, using the easy to use step by step guidance, the user can implement a personalised password to enable the UTAG® to be a read only device
